INTJ: The Mastermind

INTJs are the most rare type.

INTJs are brilliant individuals who seek a better way for the paths of specialized knowledge they most often have sought and pursued from a very young age.

INTJs are able to let loose and have a good time at appropriate times and events. At the same time, INTJs think for themselves and will not allow society to dictate what events and socializing are important. They pick and choose what they value independently. They are trustworthy partners and friends. However, good times and socializing is not the first thing on an INTJ’s mind.

These individuals value competency, in themselves and others. Autonomy and Independent thinking are invaluable to the INTJ. Their lifelong pursuit of competency can be projected to the outside world as a confidence which is rarely paralleled; INTJ confidence is often mistook for arrogance.

INTJs are well aware of not only which competencies they possess, but are also not afraid to admit areas in which they are not competent. INTJs generally are able to serve in leadership capacities quite well. They are exact in their leadership, and their confidence allows followers to feel confident in them. An INTJ who is confident in an area is most definitely competent in that same area- again, these individuals freely state if they are able to help or not. As a result, people around the INTJ feel as though they may truly count on these individuals. Their precision is unmatchable. If ever a best way is sought, look for an INTJ who is willing- you will not be disappointed.

INTJs are the ultimate strategists. An INTJ’s mind will not stop until they have the best way set before them.  They will savor ideas until a plan is perfected. Okay… savor is NOT the right word. They deconstruct ideas, picking them apart little by little. If an idea is submitted to INTJ deconstruction, one should take it as a compliment.
